Pre-Sales Questions
Whatever happens to your order, you can contact us via support@jellymoving.com. It is important to provide us with your email and telephone number, order number or tracking number so we can check the status of your order.
We support PayPal payment and Credit Card payment, you can choose either one. Note: If you choose to pay by credit card, please confirm that your billing address is correct.
Once we receive your order, we will process it on the same day and send it out in 1-2 business day. Any orders placed on Saturdays will be sent out together with Sunday's orders.
All orders are shipped out via UPS or FedEx. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes it within 1-2 business days. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Our transit time of 3-5 business days is an estimate and may vary due to external factors outside our control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions and technical failures.
After-Sales Questions
All items come with a guaranteed 1 year warranty from the delivery date. We will cover any cost that occurred due to an item quality issue.
Please send the cancel request to support@jellymoving.com on the same day that the order is placed. We will cancel it for you freely. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out, you have to pay the recall cost to stop the delivery if you still want to cancel the order.
Please contact the carrier to see if they have delivered the item to the right address. Meanwhile, we also recommend sending us your phone number so we can put a claim against the carrier to search for your package. Generally, the search result should take one week.
Please initiate a return request from your personal center and within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide JellyMoving with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.
UWithin 30 days from the delivery date, if the item has any quality issues, you can contact us to return the item back for a full refund. If you do not want to keep the item without any quality problems, you have to pay for the shipping cost to return it back for a refund. The shipping cost is for sending the item out and sending it back.
Once you are authorized to return an item back to us, please pay close attention to the return tracking number. Once the item is delivered to our warehouse, please send a request for refund to support@jellymoving.com and we will issue you the refund in 3-5 business days.
Normally we don't sell parts individually. If your order is under warranty, we will send replacement parts to you without any charge providing if we have the parts available. If your order has extended its warranty date, we advise you to order any additional parts or replacements from your local hardware store.
There will be no invoice in your package. If you want to request an invoice, please contact our customer service for a screenshot of your order details.
Technical Questions
Yes, this new machine requires a break-in period. During the initial usage phase, please operate it at medium speed for break-in, and avoid running it at the lowest and maximum speeds.
During the initial break-in period, we recommend using a 25:1 fuel mix ratio. Use the mixing oil bottle provided in the package to achieve this ratio. After the break-in period, other fuel mixture ratios such as 40:1 or 50:1 are also suitable.
If you notice significant smoke from the engine, it might be due to an excessive oil-to-fuel ratio. In such cases, it's advisable to adjust by adding more gasoline to the mixture.
To ensure the machine lasts longer, it's advisable to either use up all the fuel after each use or make sure the fuel tank is completely empty before storing it.
Please make sure that you follow below steps:
1/ Add the recommended 25:1 fuel mixture (#90 octane or higher gasoline to 2-stroke engine oil) to the fuel tank.
2/ Turn on the switch on the handle (push the button upwards to the "on" position).
3/ Press the transparent primer bulb approximately 10 times until fuel fills the bulb (this ensures fuel is drawn into the carburetor).
4/ Pull the choke lever out fully to close the choke (this is not necessary if the engine is warm or in hot weather).
5/ Gently pull the starter handle until you feel resistance, then quickly and forcefully pull it 1-3 times.
6/ Fully push back the choke lever to open the choke, then pull the starter firmly several times until the engine starts.
- After completing the above 6 steps in sequence, the blower will start and maintain smooth operation.
Please make sure that you follow below steps:
1/ Fill with automotive gasoline (92# and above) and four-stroke engine oil in their designated tanks (do not mix).
2/ Adjust the On/Off switch on the handle to the start position.
3/ Press the carburetor's primer bulb about 10 times until it fills with fuel.
4/ Push the choke lever up to close the choke fully (no need to close if the engine is warm or in hot weather).
5/ Gently pull the starter handle until resistance is felt, then quickly and forcefully pull 1-3 times.
6/ Push the choke lever down to open the choke fully, then pull the starter until the engine starts.
- After completing the above 6 steps in sequence, the blower will start and maintain smooth operation.
