At jellymoving.com we offer various payment options:

Pay With PayPal

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Bank Cards

We accept the following cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • JCB

Credit or debit card options will be available when checking out. We secure your card with the highest security and work with your bank card issuer while we process your order. Verified by Visa & MasterCard Secure Code.

  • We provides secure online payment methods. That’s why we've added an extra level of security for Visa and MasterCard payments, which protects you from the unauthorized use of your credit card. 3-D Secure technology consists of the programs verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.
  • When you choose a credit card during checkout, a new window requesting your personal security code will appear. Your financial institution will authenticate the transaction within seconds and confirm that you are the individual making the purchase.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available as a payment option when using an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac).

Complete Your Purchase: Authenticate the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode on your Apple device.

Secure and Traceable: Your payment information is encrypted and secure. You can track your payment status via the Wallet app.

Google Pay

Look for the Google Pay logo or option during checkout if you are using an Android device. Ensure that the credit or debit card linked to your Google Pay account is up-to-date and has sufficient funds for the purchase.

  • Once you've selected Google Pay and verified your payment method, use your Android device (phone, tablet, or Wear OS smartwatch) to authenticate the payment via fingerprint, PIN, or other secure methods.
  • You can track your Google Pay transactions through the Google Pay app. Ensure that your cards and payment methods are up-to-date to prevent payment issues.

Why has my payment been declined?

If you're having trouble paying, declined payments can be caused by one or more of the following:

PayPal:

  • The transaction page has timed out.
  • Leaving the page before finishing the check-out procedure.
  • Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to any secondary option like a bank account or a credit card.

Please contact PayPal for detailed questions concerning your PayPal account.

Credit Card:

  • The name and address of the cardholder do not match the billing details. Make sure that all details, such as the card number, expiration date, and CVV code, are entered correctly, and check that the name and billing addresses are exactly as they appear on your card statement.
  • It is required that a credit or debit card is issued by a U.S.-based bank or financial institution or your card is not authorized for international payments.
  • Your card has reached the limit for internet transactions.
  • The transaction page has timed out.
  • Leaving the page before finishing the check-out procedure.

About Coupon Code

You can apply coupons to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click “apply” before continuing checkout, your order total will not reflect the coupon discount.

NOTES:

  • Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code you received.
  • Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.
